📄Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   • Administration or anyone working for Palaga are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

   • Entries are calculated through mints, verified by the Solana blockchain and all subsequent explorers in accordance with the instructions provided by Palaga.

   • Each participant are allowed as many entries as they mint.

   • Entry into the raffle constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Entry Period:

   • The entry period for the raffle begins when mint begins and ends on upon sale of the last Palaga or when the timer runs out, if applicable.

   • Entries received through other means (sending SOL to mint wallet or thereof) will not be considered.

4. Prize:

   • The prize for the raffles are described in Stages.

   • The prizes will be sent to the designated wallet from which the Palaga was purchased with if chosen at random.

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

   • The winner will be notified on Twitter within the same day of the drawing date.

   • The winner's Solana address will also be posted on the website with their respective winnings as proof of authenticity.

6. Publicity:

   • By participating in the raffle, participants grant Palaga the right to publicly announce their Solana address and their winnings.

7. Taxes:

   • The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

8. Limitation of Liability:

   • Palaga is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

   • Palaga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice.

   • All acts within the raffles will comply with Provably Fair.

9. Governing Body:

   • Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are located in a country, region, or jurisdiction where participation in raffles is legal.

   • Palaga does not guarantee the legality of participation in the raffles in any specific location, and participants are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding raffles and contests.
